Hardy Terrace is located on a beautifully pleasing landscaped grounds among the rolling hills of Mt pleasant, just minutes from Brantford.
At Hardy Terrace happiness and contentment are an important part of life. Our home is warm, attractively decorated and comfortable. We have three secure gardens for residents/family to enjoy the outdoors. We provide excellent services and our staff are dedicated to the residents.
Hardy Terrace is a Member of the Diversicare Family of homes. Diversicare is a company with more than 25 years of experience managing long-term care beds in Canada.
Services at Hardy Terrace are monitored through a Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program supported by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. We are fully Accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). This national association sets standards of excellence and evaluates the quality of programs and services provided by health care organizations.
Diversicare has been recognized by the National Quality Institute with the Canada Awards for Excellence in Quality.

Accommodations
Hardy Terrace offers a one story two unit building with large windows allowing the residents a pleasing view of the country setting, bright spacious rooms and friendly setting areas.
Specialty Unit: Psycho- geriatric /Alzheimer unit consisting of Privates and basic ward beds.
General Unit: Consisting of Private, Semi private, ward beds, and Palliative Care room.
Each room comes with a bed, side table and chair. We encourage resident/ family to personalize their rooms.

Hardy Terrace organizes recreational and social events, involving the community, volunteers, residents and families, providing residents the opportunity to stay active and develop companionable relationships.
