Accessibility - Removing Barriers

Diversicare aims to deliver exceptional, equitable and accessible customer service at all our residences.

Our Accessibility Committee was established to ensure compliance with the Accessibility For Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). As part of the legislation, our committee has implemented a plan for removing barriers for people with disabilities and developed accessibility policies to guide Diversicare’s employees and improve customer service.

For more detailed information about Diversicare’s Accessibility Policies, please contact a member of our Accessibility Committee, Shelley Gould or Ben Richardson, at 905-821-1161.
